- Client Service Coordinator (CSC)
Serving as Banfield’s public relations ambassador, the CSC drives the flow of clients and Pets through the hospital and coordinates the care of clients and Pets in a welcoming, friendly and efficient manner.
- Office Manager (OM)
The Office Manager selects, trains, mentors, and supervises the Client Service team to provide the highest quality care and service to Pets and clients.
- PetNurse Assistant
This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in veterinary medicine to develop basic Pet health care skills.
- PetNurse
The PetNurse supports the Veterinarian to ensure quality veterinary care for all Pets. PetNurses maintain medical charts, complete preparatory procedures for Veterinarians, and ensure that clients and Pets are comfortable in the hospital.
- Director of PetNursing (DPN)
The DPN monitors the veterinary nursing team to manage productive and quality veterinary nursing and ensures a safe and effective hospital environment.
